Meet the Team
Peter Otto
Peter is the firm’s founder, managing principal and a solicitor with experience in civil litigation, conveyance, housing, family and general commercial work. His success rate in property interest disputes is over 90%.
Peter started his career as a qualified banker before becoming a solicitor, teaching law and banking in the City of London from 1988 to 1990. He then worked for other law firms in the UK until 2007, when he set up his own practice with two fee earners and a qualified solicitor.
His hobbies include traveling, reading and football. Peter also has a passion for helping the poor and needy via charitable interests that each year sends money and clothes to the less privileged in Africa.
Abayomi Hassan-Oladele
Abayomi Hassan-Oladele started working with Peter Otto & Co. Solicitors in 2013 moving from Community Legal Centre CLC an advice project for Action For Community Development ‘AFCD’ Deptford a Charity Organisation. He worked for the organisation as Senior Legal Adviser specialising in Family, Immigration and Employment matters.
He is an avid sportsperson with football, rugby, golf, and tennis being his favourite sports. Furthermore, he also volunteers working to support individuals with learning disability and mental health concerns.
Mr Asif Malik
He has been qualified since 1988 and practices exclusively in conveyancing and property law.
He is a passionate and committed solicitor who is very thorough and efficient in his approach to conveyancing work.
We call him Mr. Conveyance.

Miss Tamicka Williams
Tamicka Williams is the secretary of Peter Otto & Co Solicitors. She joined the firm in 2023 as secretary and personal assistant to Mr Peter Otto, the Principal of the Firm. She is passionate, polite and committed to service delivery.
Tamicka enjoys outdoor activities, going camping in the countryside, reading novels and being an amateur food critic.
